Lighthouse Consulting has no ambition to be a big firm. We want to work with a few clients on key engagements, and we want to exceed those clients' expectations at every opportunity.
We believe the work we do can, and does, make a difference for individuals, teams, businesses and bottom lines. There is no greater reward than seeing people, teams and organizations succeed.
The founders of Lighthouse Consulting have made a decision that a percentage of the revenue earned through their work will be given back to key not-for-profit organizations, with a focus on children, women and healthy families.
Giving back
Sandy's community work reflects the same commitment. She has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, the YWCA and the YWCA Endowment, Franklin County Children's Services, the Wexner Center Council and The Valentine Project, and has led the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island.
